1. Shipping Time and Production Cycle
Our products are divided into in-stock items and custom-made items. In-stock items are already in our warehouses in the US or Europe and usually arrive within a week. Custom-made items require 2-3 weeks to produce, while for high-end silicone dolls, the time may be up to a month or longer.
Once the product is completed, we will contact you immediately to confirm the details. After confirming everything is correct, we will choose FedEx or UPS to ship your package. Shipping time is approximately 1-2 weeks. We also guarantee that the logistics will be trackable throughout the entire process, allowing you to know the specific delivery time and location of your package at any time.
Please note that if the package is damaged or has any problems, please take unpacking videos and photos immediately. This will help us contact the logistics company to assist you in resolving any issues with the package. Because our products are custom-made, we do not support returns or exchanges unless there is a quality issue, in order to ensure product quality.
We guarantee discreet packaging throughout the entire process, with the outer box not displaying any words related to adult products. Furthermore, the shipping packaging uses ordinary cardboard boxes, and the doll is usually secured internally with foam to prevent damage during transportation. The cardboard boxes are labeled with neutral names such as "Resin Products / Crafts / Models," so there's no need to worry.
To ensure your package is received smoothly, we also include a signature service by default. If you do not require this service, please contact us.
2. Product List (Items Inside the Box)
The shipping instructions will list the contents of the package:
1. Doll body
2. Wig
3. Eyes (sometimes an extra pair is included)
4. Cleaning tools
5. Heating rod/charger (if it has an electric function)
6. Clothing (usually simple underwear) or a blanket to wrap the doll in
7. Instruction manual
