  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider
  • In some cases, we may offer a replacement or partial refund instead of a full return

Please note that directly initiating a refund dispute or filing a complaint through the payment platform may result in delayed refunds, additional chargeback fees, or more complicated issue resolution. 

5. When are refunds not possible?

Our products are adult products. Once you have opened and used the product, due to the special nature of adult products, we are unable to provide a refund, as we need to ensure that each product is brand new and intact. For products returned in their original condition and packaging, we will provide a refund after deducting the corresponding shipping and service fees.
