Can I cancel my order at any time?  

Order Cancellation Before Production

You may request to cancel your order before production has started. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to supports@sextoyworlds.com

Please don't forget to include your order number in your request, and once production begins, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Order Cancellation During Production

Most adult dolls are made-to-order or customized, and production begins shortly after payment is confirmed.

  • If your order is already in production, cancellation is not guaranteed
  • If cancellation is approved during production, a partial refund may be issued
  • Production, material, and labor costs will be deducted from the refund amount

The exact refund amount depends on the production stage at the time of cancellation.

Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

Once the doll was fully customized with special-size, custom makeup, or body modifications, we cannot cancel it for you. 

Orders that have already been completed or shipped and it would cost a large fee, so we do not suggest you cancel them.

What should I do if I need to cancel my order?  

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you:  

Cancellation within 24 hours of payment: 85% of the order amount will be refunded.

Cancellation more than 24 hours after payment: For custom orders, cancellation is not possible as the production process has already begun.  

We will begin processing the order within 24 hours of payment, including arranging production for custom dolls and preparing and shipping inventory products. During this process, material allocation and associated costs have already been incurred. Therefore, please carefully review the order details before placing the order. Once 24 hours have passed or production has begun, cancellation is not possible.

What should I do if I suddenly want to modify my order?

For custom product orders, the manufacturing cycle may take approximately 2-3 weeks. Customers may request to modify the order content within 48 hours after payment without additional fees, provided that the modifications fall within our acceptable service scope. Once the order exceeds 48 hours, we will determine whether modifications are possible based on the production progress and assess any additional fees as needed.

If I purchased a stock doll, how can I modify the order content?

If you purchased a stock doll, please request modifications before the product is shipped. Once shipped, we cannot recall or modify the order. If you still wish to change the order content after shipment, the request will be treated as a return, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs and any related fees.

How can I cancel an order?

  • Reason for cancellation (optional but appreciated)
  • Our support team will review your request and respond as soon as possible.

Is there a fee for canceling an order?

Yes, if you insist on canceling the order, a non-refundable fee of 5% to 30% (the exact amount depends on the order progress) will be charged. We understand that you may need to change your plans at short notice. If the order is still in stock and has not been shipped, we can assist you in canceling it. However, once the order has been packed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you still wish to return the item, we will process it according to our return policy and charge for shipping, return shipping costs, and related packaging fees.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, such as the one you used to pay via PayPal, and we will return to your PayPal account.

Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider and bank.

Discreet And Confidential Handling

All cancellation requests and related communications are handled confidentially. No adult-related product details will appear on billing statements or communications beyond what is necessary for processing.
