Our products are divided into in-stock items and custom-made items. In-stock items are already in our warehouses in the US or Europe and usually arrive within a week. Custom-made items require 2-3 weeks to produce, while for high-end silicone dolls, the time may be up to a month or longer.
Once the product is completed, we will contact you immediately to confirm the details. After confirming everything is correct, we will choose FedEx or UPS to ship your package. Shipping time is approximately 1-2 weeks. We also guarantee that the logistics will be trackable throughout the entire process, allowing you to know the specific delivery time and location of your package at any time.
Please note that if the package is damaged or has any problems, please take unpacking videos and photos immediately. This will help us contact the logistics company to assist you in resolving any issues with the package. Because our products are custom-made, we do not support returns or exchanges unless there is a quality issue, in order to ensure product quality.
We guarantee discreet packaging throughout the entire process, with the outer box not displaying any words related to adult products.
